Mark obtained his initial background in engineering from Ryerson University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. He has served in IT roles where he worked closely with clients to ensure that the requirements of a given project were understood and met. He managed all aspects of implementation for a team of technicians which included project planning, implementation, verification, and validation. He has served as the technical face of MyndTec and worked closely with customers to assess their needs for a given project. He has led the design and development of new projects by managing software and hardware development, design changes, sourcing parts, participating in design review meetings, supporting documentation, and testing activities.
